Sage Vaughn's earliest memories are sketching animals at the local zoo alongside his father. In adulthood, as an acclaimed painter, he contrasts the natural world against melancholic backgrounds featuring the post-industrial landscape. This is one of Sage's many collaborations with Girl.

The Modernica X Girl Skateboards OG Doll is hand constructed of 15 layers of maple ply wood. The top layer of the doll features artwork embedded inside fiberglass and beveled to create a smooth round edges. The doll is finished with a custom wood branding stamp featuring both the Modernica & Girl Skateboards logos.

The doll measures approximately 22″ x 11″.

All dolls are crafted by hand at Modernica's factory in Los Angeles, California.
